SwitchingI was Either Thinking or daydreaming when last call was announced by Sam One and echoed at the far end of the bar by Sam Three. In obedience to the hokey traditions of Rick's Café Americain, a scratchy disc of As Time Goes By was put on the turntable to signal the end of another drinking day.
